Foreigners who came in to Dubai on a three year visa and invested in the emirate as a summer location away from home have been in for a rude shock, or series of shocks as the value of their investment has been constantly diluted by recent events. Some will undoubtedly look to recoup their investment when the market comes up in 2011 and are looking to get out then.
